Have you read any good books lately? We’d love to have you join us for our first knit-along this weekend! We’re knitting up the Reader’s Wrap over the next month and a half while we talk about our favorite reads.
There’s a small one-time fee of $5 to help us pay for classroom materials & snacks, but otherwise we just want you to hang out with us! Register online or call the store at 612-925-2454 to save your seat.

We were so fortunate to host a class & reception with Bente Geil of Geilsk Yarns on Friday afternoon. She inspired us with a few different ways of rethinking some texture in our knitting, including cables and a Bloom motif.
Bente shared licorice candy with us, which she explained was everywhere in Denmark – and cute with her company’s logo printed on them!
Laura modeled our shop sample of one of Bente’s pattern, Comfort Piece.
After class, we relaxed and chatted about our projects. It’s so nice to get a fresh perspective from a pattern designer! Thanks for the fun afternoon, Bente – and thanks to everyone who joined us!
We’re so excited to host a class & social reception with Bente Geil tomorrow night (Friday the 26th) at 3pm. For the class, she will also be specifically covering various kinds of stitches to enhance to your knit work – which means we’ll get a peak into how she comes up with her beautiful garment designs!
Are you interested in joining? Call the store at 612-925-2454 to ask about reserving your seat.
We’re always pleased to offer words of encouragement if you need them, but we also have regular clinics where you can get help with anything you are working on. Please register online or call us at 612.925.2454 to sign up in advance!
